Huge U.S. Flag Returns to PA
In 1994, the Somerset Flag Committee put up a 120-foot flagpole at
215 Ramada Road in Somerset, PA. Over the years, the weather took its
toll on the flag, which frayed and faded. The flag’s Committee disintegrated
too. As of June 13, 2009, no flag had flown on the site for almost two years.

Somerset Flag Committee raised a new flag at the site. More>

project has raised $19 million so far. It needs $3 million more to begin
