Provides information about a number  of assistance programs for Lower  
Manhattan businesses.  Includes a  job creation and retention program,  
a grant program to attract small firms  to the area, and the Liberty Bond

revitalize Lower  Manhattan.

ACCION New York 
ACCION New York contributes to the  economic development of the New York   
metropolitan region by providing  micro-loans ($5,000 to $50,000) and
